Information about you. When you visit our website, join our waitlist, contact us, or work with us, we decide how that information is used. This policy governs it.

Information we handle for our clients.When a business hires us, its data passes through the tools we build and run for it. That data belongs to the client. We process it on the client’s instructions and under our written agreement with them, and the client’s own privacy notice governs how it treats its employees and customers. If you are one of a client’s employees or customers, please contact that business first. We will help them respond.

• Information you give us: your name, email address, company, role, and anything you include when you join a waitlist, fill out a form, email us, or sign up for an account.
• Account information: for people who sign in to the AgathosAI platform, your login details and the organization you belong to.
• Technical information: standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, which our hosting providers record to deliver and secure the service.
• Client data: the business records a client connects to or sends through our tools. A client tool reads only the systems and pages its client has authorized it to use.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health information through our website. We accept regulated data, such as protected health information, only under a separate written agreement with the client that covers it.

• To provide, operate, secure, and support our website, platform, and client tools.
• To respond to you and to send information you asked for. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
• To perform our agreements with clients, including building and improving the tools we run for each client.
• To meet legal obligations and to protect against fraud and abuse.

We use one client’s data only to serve that client. We do not use it to build, train, or improve tools, models, or services for any other client.

Some of our tools send information to AI model providers to generate results, such as drafts or summaries. These providers act as our service providers. Our tools are designed so a person reviews any action that cannot be undone before it happens, unless a client has agreed in writing to automated execution for a specific workflow.

We share information only as needed to run our business and deliver our services:

• Service providers that host our systems, store data, send email, provide AI models, and help us operate. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Our clients, for data we process on their behalf.
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• A successor, if AgathosAI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. This policy would continue to apply to your information.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks. A list of our current service providers is available on request.

Our website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. The AgathosAI platform uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. Our browser extensions store their connection settings in your browser’s own extension storage, and may briefly hold a small amount of the client’s working data there, such as a record reference kept for up to a day, to finish a task.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Client data is kept for the length of the client’s agreement. When an agreement ends, we return or delete the client’s data as that agreement provides. Contact and waitlist information is kept until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe. We may keep limited records longer when the law requires it.

We protect information with encryption in transit, access limited to the people and systems that need it, separation between clients’ data, and logging of activity on our platform. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your information we will notify you as the law requires.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. You can opt out of marketing email through the link in any message. Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct their personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we do not collect sensitive personal information through our website.

To make a request, email agathosai.team@gmail.com. We will confirm your request and respond within 45 days, or sooner where the law requires. We may need to verify your identity first. For data we hold for a client, we will pass your request to that client.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

AgathosAI is based in the United States. We and our service providers store and process information primarily in the United States.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will give notice on this page or by email before it takes effect.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
